Parker was abandoned
in Highland Park when his family moved and left him in the streets. The
kindness of neighbors kept him from starving until a Felines & Friends
representative, who was working in the neighborhood, noticed him begging for
food. Discussion with the residents unfolded his sad story and F&F took him
in. He is very healthy and extremely affectionate. He puts his little arms
around your neck when you hold him and it seems like he wants to stay there
for hours. He is somewhat afraid of other cats; probably from his days of
roaming the streets, fighting for what little food was available. However,
he is very good with dogs -- dogs that are good with him. He has many more
years of love to offer. Won't you give him a chance to offer that gratitude
