Oedipus is a large brown mackerel tabby shorthair male neuter, 2 years old.  Duffy, who we believe is his littermate, is a beautiful, soft, blue mackerel tabby shorthair, male neuter.  They are a gorgeous pair of cats!  We definitely want to keep them together.  These boys have wonderful personalities.  Oedipus is easy-going and enjoys interacting with people, dogs and other cats.  Duffy is a bit more reserved, waiting to see what Oedipus does before proceeding with a new situation.  Duffy communicates by growling.  It is a habit with him -- it is not meant to be nasty or intimidating -- it is just his way.  When he first came to his foster home, we thought he was terribly upset, growling all the time.  We have learned that it is just his way of communicating -- he has never even followed through with even a swat!   This is a fantastic pair!
