MORONGO – born approximately 3/08, male neuter, brown ticked tabby.

 

Morongo is another victim of our present economy.  As a neutered male, he was found abandoned and begging for food.  He, obviously, belonged to someone at one time.  He is a very sweet guy who enjoys being petted and stroked.

 

Morongo is a bit apprehensive at first, having been on the streets and having to watch his back for who knows how long!  Once you stroke him a few times, he immediately warms up to you, realizing that you mean him no harm.  He relaxes completely and is greatly comforted being in your arms! 

 

He is a bit scared of dogs, but would probably get used to a dog that likes cats.  He is not aggressive to other cats and did not even hiss when he first met his foster roommates!
