COLLETTE & JOSEPHINE - Female black shorthair - born in June 2000.
Collette and Josephine were rescued with their mother by a neighbor after she realized the cats had been deserted by their human. She had never seen the cats before, but realized that they must have belonged in the vacated house as she would see them waiting at the front door, hoping to be let back in. She started feeding them at the house while looking for a possible home for them. However, time was running out as she was leaving the country and the house was scheduled for fumigation. All 3 cats were placed in an emergency foster home and the mom subsequently found a permanent home. But the sisters still need a new home to call their own. Collette has a couple of white spots on her tummy and Josephine is all black. They will be a little shy at first, but once adjusted to their new environment will make sweet and loving companions. They are currently fostered with a number of other cats and seem to get along with them well. |
